Presentation Guidelines

All accepted papers should be presented by one of the authors. Please check the technical program to determine whether your paper has been selected for oral or poster presentation. Please also ensure presentations are prepared according to the following guidelines.

ORAL PRESENTATIONS

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, any paper scheduled for oral presentation shall occupy a slot of 20 minutes. Presentations should last no longer than 16 minutes. An additional 3 minutes are allocated for questions followed by 1 minute for speaker changes.  Session chairs will enforce the schedule.
All oral presentation rooms will be equipped with laptop computers running Microsoft Windows 10 and MS Office.  Presentations must be prepared in either Microsoft Powerpoint or PDF format. 
Presenters should arrive no less than 15 minutes before the scheduled start time of their session in order to upload their presentation to the laptop computer by USB key.

POSTER PRESENTATIONS

Posters must be prepared for presentation on boards measuring 1,42m  wide  by 1,07m  high, thus landscape format.
The maximum print size of the poster (landscape mode) should be the following:
Width: 120 cm – ca  47 inches
Height: 90 cm – ca 35 inches
Posters should be attached to the presentation boards no later than 5 minutes before the scheduled session.  Posters should remain in place for the full session duration and then removed no later than 5 minutes after the scheduled end time. Means to attach posters to presentation boards will be provided.
