Airport transfers via local agent (tickets cost € 15 per person, per one way)

The appointed local travel agent has arranged airport bus transfer service which is provided at several times throughout the day, on Saturday 26 August, Sunday 27 August and Monday 28 August.

During August traffic at the airport is extremely busy with numerous flights arriving from all over Europe. Many times it is rather difficult to get a taxi and waiting time at queues can be exhausting and tiring.
For this reason, we made arrangements for bus service, especially organized for the EUSIPCO 2017 Conference, provided by a local travel agent. The time schedule fits the daily arrival times of Aegean and Olympic airways from Athens. The transfer route is, from the airport to Kos International Convention Centre, Kipriotis hotels and to hotels in the city centre, at the scheduled times below. The ticket cost is 15€ per person (per way). Please use the online registration or email the additional registration form with your credit card details. We strongly advise you to use the service for convenience. There will be no way to book an airport transfer at the airport and use this service if you have not purchased a ticket prior to your arrival!

A minimum of 20 passengers per bus is required; otherwise the bus transfer may be cancelled. In case of cancellation, a notification will be send to travelers at least 48 hours prior to arrival, and participants will find their way to Kos city via the public bus or by taxi.

A hospitality desk will be operated at the airport for the EUSIPCO 2017 participants. If you buy airport transfer bus tickets, you will be guided by volunteer members to the bus. Those who fly to Kos via a charter flight please check the time schedules below and make a reservation if the time of departure suits your timing.
